We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with EduScope AI Premium, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no reason needed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or email us at hello@eduscope.ai and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription. After you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
